For Realtors

Gate cards for business use only (showing properties to prospective buyers) are available at the CLCA Office for an annual cost of $25.00 per card. Realtor applications and user agreements for gate cards can be found in the forms section of this website.  

Realtors not possessing gate cards may gain entry to the Community during business hours only.  Anyone wishing to view a property that is for sale must be accompanied by the property owner or a Real Estate Agent.

All tenants along with their vehicles must be registered at the office. A copy of the rental agreement and proof of Renter’s Insurance for the tenant and Liability Insurance for the property owner are required prior to tenancy. Rental fees apply. Short term rentals including Airbnb are not permitted.
