This meeting is being held, so that the Board of Directors can vote on some outstanding items. The Membership is welcome to come and sit in the audience. This meeting is not replacing the regular quarterly meeting in December. This is just an additional meeting.

Intermittent Membership Meetings may be held between our Quarterly Meetings to have the Board vote on Contracts that might be renewing, Purchases that may need to be voted on before a quarterly meeting, CD’s that may need to addressed because of maturity dates, etc.

An Agenda for this meeting will be posted no later than Monday November 6th.
