Mission Statement

Mission of the CLCA Strategic Planning Committee:

 

To assist the CLCA Board of Directors in its representation of all CLCA members in good standing by:  (1) proposing long-term goals for developing Conashaugh Lakes’ property and facilities and enhancing the life of its residents, (2) cooperating with other CLCA committees to consider and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve those goals and (3) when and as specifically requested by the CLCA Board of Directors, assisting in publishing any proposal or recommendation to and discussing it with the CLCA members or a wider community.

Please take a few minutes and review the results of the survey.  On behalf of the Boards of Directors and CLCA members we extend a special Thank you  to all involved, for their work and efforts that went into this project.

Volunteer survey takers, Ken and Jean Morse, David Williams, Lynn McCauley, Bonnie Schonhorn and Paul Francis positioned themselves at the trash compacter and mailbox areas for two weekends in November to reach what it hoped would be a large and representative sample of members.  The results of this survey will serve as a guide to aid the CLCA Borad of Directors and CLCA Committees to set our path and determine goals for our future.
