Roads, Roads and More Roads

Under Repair

On October 27, 2006 CLCA started the paving work approved 

by the 2005-2006 and the new 2006-2007 Board of Directors.

Both Board approved a motion to spend from $100,000.00 and not

more than $150,000.00 on some of the most needed road repairs. 

The money comes from our Road Reserved funded by lot sales and money

collected and saved from the operating budget of CLCA.  So far this concept

has worked.  However in the not so distant future we must

finance a road repair plan to handle our declining paved roads.

We plan to repair all the culverts cut and replaced this Spring and Summer and patching

work with top coats on part of Sandy Pine as well.
